Your company's information is held in the Company Details section of the supplier portal. You can view it and keep it up to date yourself.
Finding your Company Details
- Sign in to the supplier portal for the buying organisation you work with.
- Go to Company Details.
Your supplier reference is also shown here.
Each buying organisation has its own portal. If you work with more than one, you'll need to update your Company Details in each portal separately.
Updating your details
You can edit most of your company information in Company Details. Make your changes and save them before you leave the page.
Some details can't be changed yourself. For example, the Organisation field showing your registered company name is locked, so buyers always see the correct legal entity. To change it, see How do I change my company name on the portal?
To add or remove the people who can access your account, see Manage Supplier Account Contacts.
Company Details and your CDP share code
Your Company Details in the portal are separate from your Central Digital Platform (CDP) record. When a tender asks for your CDP share code in the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), answers marked (Populated by CDP) come from your CDP record, not from Company Details. To change those answers, update your record on CDP and create a new share code. See Completing the PSQ with your CDP share code.
