Resetting Your Password on the Atamis Supplier Portal

If you are a supplier or account manager using Atamis, follow this guide to securely reset your password and regain access to your account. Maintaining secure access ensures compliance and protects your procurement activities with Atamis.


Step 1: Complete the Password Reset Process

  1. Go to the Login Page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your username or registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for the password reset email from Atamis.

    • The reset link typically expires within 24 hours.

    • For security reasons, do not share this link with others.

If you don’t receive the email, repeat the process to ensure all steps are followed correctly.


Step 2: Follow Password Rules

When creating a new password, ensure it meets these requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Includes uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol

  • Some environments may differ follow the rules displayed on the activation screen


Step 3: Confirm Your Username Format

  • Your username usually defaults to the email used during registration.

  • Some portals append a suffix to the username. For example:
    John@smith.co.hf

If login continues to fail, check whether your portal requires a suffix. Look here if you didn't receive a email or link after clicking on forgot password.
 


Step 4: Contact Atamis Support if Issues Persist
