If you didn't receive a password reset link, please verify the following:
- You entered your username with the appropriate suffix appended, not your email. Your username will have been provided to you via email confirmation when you registered for the first time. It will be the email you registered with followed by a .suffix that corresponds to the independent Buying Organisation's portal you registered with (ie. bob@example.uk.co.suffix).
- As Atamis is hosted on the Salesforce platform, some account related emails are sent from Salesforce.com. Please check your junk and spam folders accordingly to see if the email was routed there.
If you are still experiencing issues with resetting your password after following the steps above, please submit a request with our support team who will provide assistance with manually resetting your password.
