When using Find Opportunities, documents may not always be made public by the buying organisation when a tender is publicised. Make sure the 'View Documents' tab is toggled on. If you can't see documents for a certain tender when using Find Opportunities, they will only be visible after registering interest.

If you have registered interest or accepted an invitation to respond to a tender, Documents will be visible within the Documentation section on the Opportunity Page.
