Completing the PSQ with your CDP share code

Many tenders ask you to complete a Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) using your Central Digital Platform (CDP) share code. This article explains how the share code fills in your answers and what to do if something isn't right.

To register on CDP and create a share code, see the Atamis Supplier Guide CDP Share Code.

How it works

Enter your share code in the share code question near the start of the PSQ (usually question 1.01) and save. Questions marked (Populated by CDP) are then filled in from the information held on your CDP record.

I can't change an answer marked "Populated by CDP"

Answers marked (Populated by CDP) can't be edited in the portal, even if you haven't submitted your response yet. These questions are linked to fields on the Central Digital Platform and fill in automatically when you enter your share code. This is the same for every tender and buying organisation.

To change one of these answers, for example your VAT status or to add another qualification:

  1. Sign in to the Central Digital Platform (Find a Tender) and update your supplier information.
  2. Confirm your declaration and create a new share code.
  3. Go back to the PSQ, replace the old code with your new one and save.

Your answers will update to match your CDP record. Check them before you submit.

Questions marked "Populated by CDP" are blank

  • Check you've entered your share code and saved the question.
  • Make sure you're using your latest share code. If you've changed anything on CDP since creating your code, create a new one and enter that instead.
  • If the questions are still blank, contact our support team. You can't fill them in yourself.

Error messages

"The Share Code you have provided is not the latest Share Code available for your organisation or invalid."
A newer code exists for your organisation, or the code was entered incorrectly. Create a new share code on CDP, enter it and save.

"An unexpected error has occurred. System Log created – please contact Atamis Support for assistance."
Contact our support team. We'll need to look into this for you.

Contacting support

Please get in touch as early as possible before the deadline and include:

  • the project reference (for example C12345) and the name of the buying organisation
  • your share code
  • a screenshot of the question and any error message

If the deadline has passed, contact the buying organisation directly. Only they can decide whether to accept a late response.
