Zendesk Web Form Verification Email Error

When a user submits a web form to request support from the Atamis Support Team without being logged into the Atamis Support Portal, they will receive a verification email each time they submit a request. This is to confirm that the request is genuine.

If you click the link in the email and see a “Link Expired” message, this typically means your firewall has already accessed the one-time link, making it no longer valid.

Until the email address is verified, the support request will remain in a suspended state and will not be actioned.

As firewalls may automatically access these links each time a verification email is sent, it is recommended that users log into the Atamis Support Portal before submitting a request. When logged in, you will not be required to verify your email address each time you raise a support request.
