Login to the Portal

This article provides guidance on how to login to a buying organisation Supplier Portal and steps to take if you have forgotten your password or username.

Each supplier portal is independent to the buying organisation listed on the landing page and has its own unique link. Suppliers may work with with multiple buying organisations who partner with Atamis, therefore a unique suffix is added when a username is generated by the system to maintain distinct usernames in each portal (eg. bob@example.co.uk.suffix1 and bob@example.co.uk.suffix2). Ensure you are accessing the correct portal with the appropriate username when following this guide. Note that a buying organisation's portal may differ slightly from the images in this guide due to specific configuration settings.

Login to a Portal

If you have already registered with the buying organisation's Supplier Portal previously, click Supplier Login from the landing page and enter your username and password.

Your username will be your email address (that you provided at registration) with a suffix at the end which denotes which client portal you are accessing (eg. bob@example.com.onenda, bob@example.com.defra). The suffix exists as a supplier may interact with multiple buying organisations portals under the same email address, therefore creates a unique username for each one.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot your Password? link from the Supplier Login page. Enter your username (including appropriate suffix) in the username box that appears and click Continue. You will be emailed instructions on resetting your password.

Password reset emails are sent from Salesforce.com, the platform that Atamis is hosted on. Please check spam and junk folders if it does not reach your inbox.

Forgotten Username

Your username will be the email address you used when registering with a suffix at the end which denotes which buying organisation's portal you are accessing (eg. bob@example.com.onenda, bob@example.com.defra). The suffix exists as a supplier may interact with multiple buying organisations portals under the same email address, therefore creates a unique username for each one.
