Within a large proportion of tenders released, there will be a requirement section named Selection Questionnaire, which may also include additional organisational specific details within this title. This section will contain a standard number of requirements to be completed, mainly to understand more about your company, such as registered office address, trading status etc.
This information will be captured and stored against your supplier record by the system, meaning that when you complete another "Selection Questionnaire" requirement in another tender, this information will automatically be pulled from your supplier record and pre-populated into the response sections of each corresponding requirement.
- The responses pulled across are editable if required for each individual tender.
- Edited responses will be captured and overwrite existing stored questionnaire responses for future automatic population.
The automatic population does not include attachment responses and these will need to be completed for each tender and saved.
As a reminder, each Supplier Portal is independent to the buying organisation it relates to. If you interact with multiple buying organisations who have an Atamis Supplier Portal you will have an individual login to each portal and your responses are not transferred between independent portals.
